A brief pause and then clouds socked in as snow starts back up early morning but just light in the morning with some clearing mid day to eventually become clear before clouds move in late day.

Wind lets up a bit after sunrise and snowfall picks up substantially for an hour before wind returns making for blizzard conditions as temperature drops. Snow halts with a bit of clearing mid afternoon and wind continues until letting up some late day.
Friday, February 15: cloudy but warm with moderate to heavy snow after dark until violently strong, wind started about 2 a.m. shutting off snow. Wind, at times close to 50 mph, lightened up some by 5 a.m. but picked up again near sunrise. Warm weather and wind made for a dense snow at almost twice the usual density for this time of year. A brief pause and then clouds socked in as snow starts back up early morning but just light in the morning with some clearing mid day to eventually become clear before clouds move in late day.
Thursday, February 14: cloudy with moderate snow after dark until strong, steady wind came in to make blizzard conditions and shutting down most of the snow, though staying warm with a very dense snowfall. Nasty conditions as strong wind continued, with snow stopping late morning as it warms to above freezing. Clouds lift a bit and wind lets up some mid day, then light snow resumes mid afternoon.
