Wednesday November 16: clear and mild with clouds moving in towards sunrise, then cloudy through the day with afternoon wind though still warm.
Thursday November 17: cloudy, windy, dry and warm much of the night before some clearing, then clouds again just before sunrise. Very light snow early, then after a pause picking up substantially mid morning as temperature drops through the day and wind makes for nasty blizzard like conditions. Snow and wind let up late morning with only light snow into the afternoon but wind resumed its evil ways (a nasty, hard blowing wind doing no good- i call it a Trump wind).
Friday November 18: snowfall stops at sunset with clearing after dark and becoming the coldest morning of the winter and first drop into single digits and then down to 0ºF. Slow to warm despite a cloudless morning as the high does not get out of the 20'sºF.
Saturday November 19: clear as the temperature drops quickly after dark but then holds steady after midnight before rapid warming starting soon after sunrise. It stays calm and cloudless as it warms nicely through the day.
Sunday November 20: clear and mild before scattered clouds just after sunrise, slowly building, becoming cloudy late morning, then some clearing mid day. Clouds build back mid afternoon and are variable most of the afternoon though still warming nicely.
Monday November 21: cloudy and warm with snow starting a couple hours after midnight, light to moderate, steady and dense. Then light through mid morning before stopping with some graupel just after sunset.
Tuesday November 22: cloudy and warm with light snow during the night starting very wet, then drying a bit but still quite dense. Wind starts to pick up some as pressure rises and clouds lighten up becoming mostly cloudy mid afternoon.
Wednesday November 23: clearing and turning colder after dark. Clear and warming through the day.
Thursday November 24: cloudy with light snow but strong wind overnight, letting up some near sunrise. Nasty night with blowing and drifting snow, but then in a space of 15 minutes at sunrise it clears up completely as wind dies down some. Clear, windy and cool through the day with wind stopping mid afternoon before the temperature plummets at sunset.
Friday November 25: clear and cool as the temperature drops under 0ºF for the first time this winter but warming rapidly as it becomes quite mild and into the low 40'sºF.
Saturday November 26: clear and cool then warming up mid morning to turn warm again-. Clouds move in rapidly near sunset as a storm system moves into the area.
Sunday November 27: cloudy and mild with moderate snow starting a couple hours after midnight. Strong wind for over a half hour before sunrise, then letting up as snow stops, then cloudy with light to moderate snow and variable wind through the day with no warming. Wind lets up at sunset as snow stays light and temperature drops.
Monday November 28: cloudy and cooler overnight with steady moderate snow. Snow turning light not long after sunrise, then stopping with mid morning wind. Light snow resumes mid afternoon but staying quite light all afternoon.
Tuesday November 29: very light snow during the night, mostly atmospheric condensation as the temperature dropped, while still growing cold despite the cloud cover. Cloudy, cool and dry into the morning with some clearing mid day with slow clearing through the afternoon.
Wednesday November 30: clear and easily the coldest morning of the year. Despite a clear day it is slow to get warming, then clouds move in late morning before clearing late afternoon as temperature does not get out of the teens for the second day in a row.
Thursday December 01: some clouds move in overnight halting the temperature drop. Variable cloud cover through the day and slightly warmer.
Friday December 02: clearing overnight and milder with some clouds moving in just before sunrise. Some warming despite the morning cloud cover but then halting with very light off and on afternoon snow.
Saturday December 03: cloudy with light snow past midnight, then some clearing and variable cloud cover with scattered very light snow, and very light density at that. Then clearing soon after sunrise and staying clear until early afternoon when clouds and wind build.
Sunday December 04: clear and cold overnight, but then warming to just above freezing while staying cloudless until some high clouds late in the day
Monday December 05: cloudy and warm overnight. Staying cloudy but with little warming while and wind which increases through the afternoon as it turns quite nasty out.
Tuesday December 06: cloudy and mild overnight as wind lets up. Wind returns just after sunrise though despite that and the constant clouds it manages to craw into the low 20'sºF. Light snow starts mid day as wind stops and temperatures drops with snow starting to pick up late afternoon, then turns light again near sunset.
Wednesday December 07: cloudy with moderate snow until around 10 p.m. when the wind started and snow let up to become light to none off and on all night with moderate, steady wind as temperature drops. Wind dies with cooling and clearing at sunrise before clouds build back mid morning to become cloudy, windy and cold with only a very light snow which ends late afternoon.
Thursday December 08: clearing and very cold overnight before cloud cover 'warms' it well off the lows before sunrise but then slow to warm after that. Light snow starting late afternoon going steadily into the night.
Friday December 09: cloudy with moderate snow from sunset to past midnight, then wind starts up as the temperature jumps and snow becomes light to none. Wind lets up soon after sunrise as it cools a bit with very light snow through the morning, then stoping early afternoon as it warms to near freezing despite a thick cloud cover.
Saturday December 10: some light snow before clearing while staying warm with clouds building at sunrise. Despite cloud The cover it warmed to well above freezing with wind getting strong mid day. a very brief snow mid afternoon with wind, but then calm nasnd mild with light snow near sunset.
Sunday December 11: cloudy and warm all night with moderate snow starting near sunset, then stopping after a few hours before picking up just after midnight. Winds starts up around 3 a.m. putting a slow-down on snowfall though snow continues with a very wet, dense snowfall at almost twice the water content as usual. Light snow into the morning stopping mid morning as wind continues then starting up light mid day as wind dies down. Light off and on afternoon snow with little accumulation with wind starting back near sunset.
Monday December 12: cloudy, windy and warm overnight and throughout the day with no temperature movement as snowpack from the recent new snow settles.
Tuesday December 13: some clearing after dark before clouds return after midnight with steady moderate wind all night as temperature stays mild. Windy and cloudy through the day with some limited warming mid day, limited beng the key word.
Wednesday December 14: yet another day of cloudy and windy weather but staying dry and quite mild overnight until light snow starting up near sunrise. Wind lets up mid morning as a light snow continues, picking up a bit late morning, then turning light early afternoon and stopping late day.
Thursday December 15: cloudy and mild with only light snow early in the night. Then cloudy and turning quite warm and windy mid morning, but alas no sun to be seen. Again. Forever. --Snow starts up at sunset. Should get interesting.
Friday December 16: And it did- cloudy with light wind and moderate to heavy very dense snow overnight while staying very warm. Snow lets up a bit around sunrise but then picks back up an hour later and stays heavy through the morning, letting up slightly mid day and turning light early afternoon. Only light snow through the afternoon with wind becoming strong just before sunset.
Saturday December 17: very strong wind starts up at sunset and goes well into the night, letting up around 3 a.m. with light snow. Cloudy but staying mild though we already saw the day's high temperature at midnight. Finally a bit of clearing mid morning but no warming at all staying cloudy to mostly cloudy through the afternoon as temperature drops through the day.
Monday December 19: clear, a record cold for this date, and thankfully no wind. Then a slow but steady nice warm up but dropping fast once the sun sets behind the mountain.

Light snow starts mid day as wind stops and temperatures drops with snow starting to pick up late afternoon, then turns light again near sunset.
Wednesday December 07: cloudy with moderate snow until around 10 p.m. when the wind started and snow let up to become light to none off and on all night with moderate, steady wind as temperature drops. Wind dies with cooling and clearing at sunrise before clouds build back mid morning to become cloudy, windy and cold with only a very light snow which ends late afternoon.
Thursday December 08: clearing and very cold overnight before cloud cover 'warms' it well off the lows before sunrise but then slow to warm after that. Light snow starting late afternoon going steadily into the night.
Friday December 09: cloudy with moderate snow from sunset to past midnight, then wind starts up as the temperature jumps and snow becomes light to none. Wind lets up soon after sunrise as it cools a bit with very light snow through the morning, then stoping early afternoon as it warms to near freezing despite a thick cloud cover.
Saturday December 10: some light snow before clearing while staying warm with clouds building at sunrise. Despite cloud The cover it warmed to well above freezing with wind getting strong mid day. a very brief snow mid afternoon with wind, but then calm nasnd mild with light snow near sunset.
Sunday December 11: cloudy and warm all night with moderate snow starting near sunset, then stopping after a few hours before picking up just after midnight. Winds starts up around 3 a.m. putting a slow-down on snowfall though snow continues with a very wet, dense snowfall at almost twice the water content as usual. Light snow into the morning stopping mid morning as wind continues then starting up light mid day as wind dies down. Light off and on afternoon snow with little accumulation with wind starting back near sunset.
Monday December 12: cloudy, windy and warm overnight and throughout the day with no temperature movement as snowpack from the recent new snow settles.
Tuesday December 13: some clearing after dark before clouds return after midnight with steady moderate wind all night as temperature stays mild. Windy and cloudy through the day with some limited warming mid day, limited beng the key word.
Wednesday December 14: yet another day of cloudy and windy weather but staying dry and quite mild overnight until light snow starting up near sunrise. Wind lets up mid morning as a light snow continues, picking up a bit late morning, then turning light early afternoon and stopping late day.
Thursday December 15: cloudy and mild with only light snow early in the night. Then cloudy and turning quite warm and windy mid morning, but alas no sun to be seen. Again. Forever. --Snow starts up at sunset. Should get interesting.
Friday December 16: And it did- cloudy with light wind and moderate to heavy very dense snow overnight while staying very warm. Snow lets up a bit around sunrise but then picks back up an hour later and stays heavy through the morning, letting up slightly mid day and turning light early afternoon. Only light snow through the afternoon with wind becoming strong just before sunset.
Saturday December 17: very strong wind starts up at sunset and goes well into the night, letting up around 3 a.m. with light snow. Cloudy but staying mild though we already saw the day's high temperature at midnight. Finally a bit of clearing mid morning but no warming at all staying cloudy to mostly cloudy through the afternoon as temperature drops through the day.
Monday December 19: clear, a record cold for this date, and thankfully no wind. Then a slow but steady nice warm up but dropping fast once the sun sets behind the mountain.
Tuesday December 20: clear and much warmer overnight with some brief scattered clouds at sunrise in and out through the morning, then clear and warm late morning on.
Wednesday December 21: clouds move in around midnight as it stays mild overnight. Mostly cloudy with gradual warming in the morning, then cloudy and cooling early afternoon.
Thursday December 22: cloudy and mild with light snow starting mid/late morning, pausing mid day and then starting back up very lightly mid afternoon. Another warm day as it reaches freezing for the third day in a row.
Friday December 23: cloudy and warm with steady moderate, dense snow overnight with some generally light wind a few hours before sunrise, then gusting near sunrise as snow lets up. Then gradual clearing after sunrise while turning warm before rapid cooling at sunset.
Saturday December 24: clear and mild with a temperature drop at sunrise but then clouds move in being mostly cloudy through the morning but warming. Variable afternoon clouds as it warms above freezing.
Sunday December 25: cloudy with steady moderately strong wind overnight but just light scattered wind driven snow. Cloudy, windy and cool with only very light snow through the day, while the day's high came at midnight but the daytime high just 15ºF.
Monday December 26: cloudy with light off and on snow during the night with a little clearing starting a couple hours before sunrise as wind lets up, but cloudy again before mid morning. Clearing out completely late morning but slow to warm until early afternoon, then turning cold quickly late day.
Tuesday December 27: temperature drops rapidly after Monday sunset before stabilizing overnight while staying clear and cold. Slow warming through the morning but picking up mid day, cooling late afternoon and then warming back as wind starts up.
Wednesday December 28: cloudy, windy and warm with a light snow starting after sunrise carrying through much of the morning but with little build-up. Cloudy and windy in the afternoon- another nasty wind day.
Thursday December 29: cloudy, clear and cool with thankfully no wind, then warming just before sunrise when temperature usually dips lower. Clear and warming very nicely up to freezing, then dropping fast as the sun goes in.
Friday December 30: clear and cool overnight but warming to near freezing with scattered clouds mid afternoon moving out near sunset and latre afternoon wind.
Saturday December 31: clouds move in overnight, then clear out at sunrise while staying mild early, then warming above freezing until dropping rapidly at sunset.
