Some clearing after sunrise as wind continues and the temperature drops, only very slowly rising through the morning as the wind decreases slightly but still stays strong. The 24 hour period high was just at midnight while the daytime high was only 23ºF so a cold and blustery day.

Wind becomes dangerously and damagingly strong near sunrise with gusts in open areas into the mid 60 mph range. Wind lets up some late morning and snow showers start to pick up at times as the temperature drops, but that was short lived as wind increased and snow became light. For the day light but wind blown, wet and dense snowfall and though the wind did slow some it continued strong into the night.
